Lovely welcoming and quaint place with exceptional views of courtyard. Good service, particularly good and perfect position in the restaurant as well as reception.

Extensive breakfast to start the day with healthy food options, waffles and cheese. Individually decorated room, large on the upper floors. Marvellous position very close to the central train station. Based next to many attractions, Right in the centre of Stockholm tram, bus and underground and the main Central Station and Arlanda Express terminal.

Not very nice views.

The location is top and comfortable, next to the train station.

The staff are welcoming and the room is silent and compact with a filthy chair.

It is based close to a palace and a Royal palace, overall the location is awesome as for me.

The venue is stylish with well-organised rooms. The breakfast options are sumptuous and extensive with hot options and pancakes, as example.

The personnel was courteous and welcoming. The check-in was quick and the atmosphere was quiet overall.

I enjoyed to be in this place. My stay was great for a business trip. Comforts of silent and compact room with balcony were fabulous. The hotel's location was awesome, so close to the airfield, major shopping areas, and Close to the Central Station.

Enjoyed the room, it was large. The staff members were all exceptionally nice and pleasant. Its service was terrific. The location was very central, not far from airport as well as the old center.

The standard twin room was compact with coffee and a nice bathroom. I've been here for 4 nights, the breakfast was sumptuous and enjoyable with both scrambled eggs & bacon and pancakes. This quiet and fabulous hotel had very central setting in the very center.

The location was good and fab for getting around, as the train station was close to the hotel.

Wi-Fi was slow.

I was there for 2 nights and ate at attached restaurant for dinner. Amazingly nice and supper friendly staff who were always there to help. The location was marvellous and brilliant, you can visit Sergels Torg Square by walking.

The room was well-organised and a nice size with lovely bathroom and a mini bar fridge and a balcony. The staff were extraordinary service-minded and very efficient, as for 4-stars hotel. Its top, central location was a plus.

The location was great: a shopping area and a main shopping street were within walking distance. I enjoyed newly decorated room with mini bar, the fan plus a filthy chair, and accommodating staff. Everything was fantastic, even so a few employees were particularly busy.

The property was clean and staff was really good and pleasant. The room was neat and recently refurbished, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Our accommodation was set in a very central location really close to many attractions and a Hop-On Hop-Off bus stop, tram, bus and underground and the arlanda express & central trainstation. It also was close to the railway station.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights stay. The staff was exceptionally nice and superfriendly. The room was well laid out and it had shower facilities, a hair dryer and dressing gowns, that's cool. The location was marvellous and fab for walking around House of Culture. The hotel was a superb base for enjoying a downtown area.

I got complimentary superior plus room as an upgrade, nice gesture. I really enjoyed the fact that hotel serves generous breakfasts.

Unbeatable location, a train station was near the hotel. Furthermore, the area was historic.

I truly enjoyed the standard queen room with slippers as well as comfortable bed. This hotel had a very central position in a minute to metro station.

Overall had fantastic stay on business trip. Truly enjoyed how the impeccably clean and vintage standard king room with 3 beds was arranged when we arrived. The location was awesome and brilliant and the train station was opposite the hotel.

It was individually decorated, neat and with 3 beds. Having a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets was a bonus. The location was great, close to Oscar Theatre. There was a good restaurant not too far away from the hotel.

Top, peaceful location in Norrmalm district so close to the ARN airport and Gamla Stan. The attached restaurant for dinner.

The breakfast was marvellous and extensive with healthy food options, loved it. The location of the hotel was brilliant and awesome - not too far from East. Close to a train station, just like we wanted.

The location was good and absolutely perfect for walking around a circular square. My great-sized and newly renovated room came with kettle as well as a Teddy Bear. The staff was extremely friendly and excellent and provided good services.

The total stay was comfortable for turist and business visit. We ate at a large restaurant for dinner. Everything was perfect, including very cute room decor.

Everything was good here - knowledgeable staff and impressive rooms. The restaurant was good for dinner here, I had amazing dishes. It opened onto street. The location was magnificent, within walking distance of The Swedish Parliament House.

Had a standard queen room with unnecessary equipments such as cooker, balcony, as example and I appreciated it.

The location was awesome, within walking distance of National Museum. The standard twin room was practical and spotless...

We really enjoyed our stay. This hotel has perfect location. It is nearby the central station which is a major plus.

Very good breakfast, excellent location, friendly staff. Greatly enjoyed the food at their on-site restaurant Belgobaren. Not to mention free Wi Fi that was a bonus.

100 feet away there is Belgobaren. Even the Bromma Stockholm airport was not so far. Excellent home base for a city break in Stockholm...
