The staff were amiable and the setting was good. The breakfast was delicious and absolutely fantastic with pastries, fresh fruit and sweet, enjoyed what was offered.

All in all everything was great, had a great stay for a business trip. The very very good breakfast with fruit and the bread, as example was served in the bar.

The bedroom was stylish and functional. The breakfast with ham selections, sweet plus pastries or fresh fruit salad was delicious and marvellous, you’ll find what you need.

Overall had good stay for a business trip. The location of the property was excellent and stunning as we were not far from the shopping district or the Central Station, Sergels Torg and the main attractions of Stockholm.

We had a perfect 10/10 3-star experience here. The personnel was attentive and the rooms were good-sized and newly remodelled. The hotel was ideal and absolutely fantastic and in a central location. Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in Stockholm. The restaurant was comfortable for breakfast, I tried savoury dishes. Especially helpful staff suggested restaurants. The rooms were well-equipped and the service very good. The location was incredible, not too far from a friendly museum.

The location was good, with Smak nearby. Royal palace was in the immediate vicinity. The staff of best western and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant! Östermalm neighborhood is worth seeing.
